Hourly service
The car and chauffeur at your disposal from $100 an hour, 3 hours minimum — for meetings across town, a roadshow or an evening out. Long-distance trips are quoted before you book.
What you’re quoted
is what you pay
The price does not rise with demand, weather or time of day: not in rush hour, not in a snowstorm, not on New Year’s Eve or UN General Assembly week. The quoted price is the price you pay, and gratuity is never added automatically — tip if you choose to. A quote is based on a flat rate for airport transportation and set destinations, or an hourly rate when the car is at your disposal. Your quote shows the fare, the tolls and any other charges along your route before you book, so nothing is added afterwards.

Get your chauffeur’s details
Before pickup you receive your chauffeur’s name, direct number and vehicle details. Airport arrivals are tracked against the flight, and free wait time is set out in the wait time policy.
Travel, then get an itemized receipt
Once the trip is complete, you receive an itemized receipt by email showing the fare, tolls and any other charges. Plans change: cancel free up to 4 hours before pickup.

How much does it cost?
Flat rates between Manhattan and the airports, from $185 to JFK by business sedan, and from $100 an hour with a 3 hours minimum when the car is at your disposal. Rates in full.
Do you track flights?
Yes, on every airport pickup. If you know in advance that your flight is delayed, let dispatch know. Wait time policy.
How much free wait time is there?
30 minutes on domestic arrivals and 1 hour on international, measured from the flight’s arrival at the gate. The full policy.
What if I need to cancel?
Free up to 4 hours before pickup on a sedan or SUV. Sprinter vans have their own window. Cancellation policy.
Is gratuity added?
No. Gratuity is not included and is entirely at your discretion — tip if you choose to, and nothing is added automatically. More questions.
