LaGuardia
LaGuardia’s passenger terminals — A, B and C — have separate arrival areas and pickup procedures. Your terminal determines where your chauffeur meets you and how you reach the car.
Newark Liberty International
Newark has three passenger terminals, with pickup arrangements that vary by terminal. Traffic around the airport can also make the approach less predictable, so the terminal and pickup point matter.
Private aviation and regional airports
Private flights are met at the FBO handling your aircraft, and tracked by tail number rather than flight number.
Meet-and-greet inside the terminal
Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal, or at the door. Curbside pickup is standard on every airport job; if you would rather be met in arrivals, ask for meet-and-greet when you book and we park, come inside and wait for you.
What is the same
everywhere
Flight tracking is included on every airport booking. Free wait time is 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 1 hour for international arrivals; additional wait time is billed at the hourly rate for your vehicle class. The full detail is in the wait time and flight delay policy.
Inside meet-and-greet is an optional $30 plus parking; curbside pickup is included at no charge. Any class in the fleet can be booked for an airport trip, and popular routes lists drive times to and from the airports.
Tolls are not included in the fare and are itemized in your quote. Gratuity is not included and is entirely at your discretion. Cancellations are covered by the cancellation policy.
